NECAT Temporarily Closing Studio Production due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

NECAT is announcing that beginning immediately the PEG Studio will be closed until further notice due to an abundance of caution with the COVID-19 virus. All studio bookings and television productions at the studio during this time frame have been canceled. We will work with producers to reschedule these shoots when the studio re-opens.

While the studio is not available for production, myself, along with the metro staff are working diligently from home to keep the broadcasts running and updating with new programming on all three NECAT channels. If you are a NECAT producer, you are welcome to keep submitting episodes of your program, and we will schedule them as usual during this closure.

We are working in conjunction with the Nashville Metro government and will follow their lead on re-opening. We will continue to keep you informed via our social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, & twitter about any changes. For questions, or pressing matters you can continue to reach me by email at cameron@necatnetwork.org

To clarify, no one at the NECAT studio has reported any cases of the coronavirus, and we are closing as a safety precaution. NECAT continues to broadcast here in Nashville on Music City Arts channel 9, IQTV channel 10, and Nashville Public Access channel 19. You can always watch from anywhere in the world via the web at necatnetwork.org
